You get a detailed quote for parts and labour before any work starts, and nothing is added without your yes. We keep you posted while the car is in the bay, and removed parts are kept for you on request. NAPA AutoPro parts and labour are covered by the 36 month, 60,000 km Peace of Mind warranty.
